All non hazardous waste that we collect is brought to our Waste Recycling and Processing Facility. This facility is also available for tipping by other licensed waste carriers. We are currently recycling approximately 85-90% of the waste received.
The waste is sorted by our recently commissioned recycling and processing facility supplied by Kiverco (a world leader in recycling technology) and supported by mobile plant manufactured by JCB.
This facility operates safe working practices for all our staff reducing personal risks and utilises the most up to date technology to deliver products of a consistent quality ensuring you confidence every time we deliver.
The key to the success of Portadown Recycling is down to the systems and procedures we have installed, along with a highly trained and dedicated team of employees. Portadown Recycling has invested heavily to install the latest Powerscreen and JCB waste moving plant available on the market.
This plant can allow Portadown Recycling to recycle up to 90% of all construction and demolition waste, which therefore greatly reduces the amount of waste taken to the already congested landfill sites.
By working closely with our clients Portadown Recyclings management team try to ensure that they maximise what can be recycled by using our FREE WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICE. This enables us to give you the most cost efficient and professional service possible.
Portadown Recycling also has a clear policy on our pricing. We have one price which includes all costs – no hidden or extra costs. We don’t try to confuse our customers by quoting charges for distance, per tonne, collection, delivery, duty of care notes, consignment notes, etc. We have one price which allows total clarity to allow successful financial budgeting for your firm and to build a sound long term working relationship.
